Crimson Heat History
Crimson Heat Tigers, based in Newbury, begain in September 2009 with the idea that life isn't about a half-hearted effort. Instead, Crimson Heat wanted more from the athletes and coaches they worked with. Today, dedication and commitment drive this programme to new levels of success, both nationally and internationally. Through discipline and hard work with a little self-belief, anything is acheiveable.
Crimson Heat Phoenix opened in May 2022 and is the second location for this amazing programme. Phoenix embodies everything that Crimson Heat is about.
Crimson Heat Phoenix is directed by Carly Ashton and Rory Jones, who between them have over 25 years experince and multiple national and international successes.

Our Facilities
"The Nest"
We are very proud that our athletes are able to train in the best facilities.
Our home, "The Nest" houses a full size 9-panel sprung floor, a small 5 panel dead floor, an airtrack, and ample tumble equipment.
We also have use of a fast track and pit for our tumble classes and privates.
